On the upper floors are a further six rooms each with a private bathroom/WC, heating, television, and sea views from the balcony. On each floor there is a shared kitchen.

On the top floor there is a 100 sq. metre fully air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. There is also a spacious sitting room with fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen/dining room.
